Job Viewer

Use the Job Viewer button in the Tools tab on the ribbon to display a list of active and completed tasks in Dataflow.

Select a date range using the From and To fields in the Job Viewer tab on the ribbon. By default, the newest jobs will be organized by the Time Started column (in time descending order). To filter by another column, click the button at the top of the column to open the filter dialog.

To cancel a running job, click the arrow in the Action column and select Cancel Job.

To display the log information for a job, click the Action arrow and select View Log.

These are the columns shown:

• Name: a specific name (or generic name) of the job
• Area: the Dataflow tool or functional module
• Version: the hierarchy version used by the job
• Status: the job status. Any errors or warnings will be indicated for a completed job; the details can be found by opening the job log.
• Time Started
• Time Finished
• Duration
• Last Updated: the time of last update of the job information
